    SHIPPING IN THE USA Shipping rates are subject to change. Please use the checkout feature to get a shipping estimate or contact us. US & CANADA PARTS SHIPPING Standard UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail to the US lower continental 48 states (2-4 business days) and to Canada (6-10 business days). Canadian customers are responsible for paying import duties, taxes and fees. Parts shipping is listed in store and added in checkout.
  • RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURE
    Items can be returned within 10 days with authorization. Please call 660-281-6632 to have a return authorization emailed to you. Refunds are for the net cost of product(s) only. The Total Net Refunded Amount will be the Original Sales Invoice amount minus the following: 25% restocking fee plus the shipping cost to return the products to ShingleLadder.com. The products must be returned in new, unused condition in the original box or shipping crate (if applicable). Returns on damaged shipments require carrier notification before calling for return authorization. ShingleLadder.com cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has signed for the merchandise in good condition.

    One Year Limited Warranty ShingleLadder.com makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that the ShingleLadder and any purchased repair or repalcement parts are free from material and workmanship defects when used under normal conditions for a period of one (1) year fromthe date of purchase. Should the products(s) contain defects in material or workmanship, ShingleLadder.com will repair or replace the product, at their option, free of charge. Purchaser will be responsible for all costs asociated with packaging and shipping the defective product(s) to ShingleLadder.com and all other freight or insurance costs associated with the return. ShinlgeLadder.com will bear the cos of shipping the repaired/replacment parts/elevators to the purchaser. Products must be returned with a sales receipt or other proof that the product is within the warranty period. Purchaser will bear all labor costs associated with installation of any repair/replacement parts. The awrrant does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, unauthorized repairs, modifying the prodcut, improper installation, lack of maintenance or criminal activity. We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
